The average house price in September 2020 was $585,940, an increase of 23.6% over September 2019. There were 54 home sales in Cedargrove/Fraserdale versus 39 last year and It took an average of 9 days for homes to sell versus 16 days last year.

Barrhaven East: Chapman Mills/Davidson Heights (DN 7710)
